Apple have removed the YouTube app from the latest beta release of iOS6. This removal of  YouTube app is reported to be because of an end of licensing deal Apple had with Google. The iPhone, iPod and iPad users with iOS5 will still be able to have access to the native YouTube app that is available by default with iOs5. Now Google itself is working on a new standalone version of YouTube app that will have to pass through apple app store approval process. It is yet not fully clear whether this new app may or may not have compatibility for the iOS5 users. Now there is a valid question that how iOS6 users can access YouTube before the availability of standalone version by Google. According to the apple iOS6 users can still watch YouTube videos via Safari web app that comes with the iOS6. The expected launch date for apple latest iOS6 is September 12, 2012. Let us wait and see how Google innovate the new YouTube app for iOs6. Google is a big supporter of android based phones but Google do not want to disappoint the iOS lovers as well.
